Our marketing website does not collect personal data from visitors. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies. The only cookie we set is a technical cookie to remember your cookie consent preference.
The WorkPulse Agent, deployed on client workstations with employer authorization, collects the following aggregated data:
The Agent does NOT collect: keystrokes, screen captures, personal communications, file contents, browsing history, or any personal content. All data is aggregated at team level, not individual.
All data is stored on our infrastructure located in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We implement strict access controls and regular security audits. Data retention follows client agreements, typically 12 months for activity data.
Some analyses are processed using third-party Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (Anthropic Claude). Only aggregated, anonymized business metrics are sent for analysis — never personal data, individual employee data, or identifiable information. The AI generates reports based on patterns, not individual behavior.
We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties. Client data is only accessible to the client organization that owns it and authorized WorkPulse personnel for support purposes.
