These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WorkPulse AI Process Analysis platform and related services provided by WorkPulse ("we", "us", "our").
WorkPulse is an AI-powered process analysis and automation platform. Our services include: deployment of lightweight monitoring agents on client workstations, collection and analysis of aggregated application usage data, AI-generated analysis reports with automation recommendations, and turnkey AI automation implementation.
You retain full ownership of all data collected from your organization and all documents uploaded to the platform. WorkPulse processes this data solely to provide the contracted services. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of all your data.
All data is stored on our EU-based infrastructure. Some analyses utilize third-party LLM services (Anthropic Claude) for report generation. Only aggregated and anonymized data is sent to these services — never personal, individual, or identifiable information.
You are responsible for: obtaining appropriate consent from employees before deploying monitoring agents, ensuring compliance with local labor laws regarding workplace monitoring, maintaining confidentiality of access credentials, and using the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. WorkPulse is designed with privacy-by-design principles and complies with GDPR requirements. We provide documentation for your Data Protection Officer upon request.
WorkPulse provides AI-generated analysis and recommendations as advisory tools. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated reports.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
The WorkPulse platform, including its software, AI models, methodologies, and documentation, remains our intellectual property. Client data and generated reports are owned by the client.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
